this is a mentorship programme wherein Every Member would be
constantly tracked for calories consumed & calories burnt throughout the
day via comprehensive interactive app.
Shadow Training on the Move
Even if you are travelling or due to some
reason not able to attend your session, we would still train you where so
ever you are. All you need is active internet connection and any application
for video call to ensure you do your regular session with precision.
Follow My Move
We believe in ease of access. In case you don’t have or
wish to use internet for training, we would create customized
videos for you as per your time schedule day wise. So just Plug & Play and
follow them whenever you want, wherever you want.
